Peach Cobbler a la Mode

Jun 24, 2024 | Homestead Kitchen | 0 comments

It is peach season and around here that means peach cobbler.  I love how simple it is.  I used fresh Georgia peaches and enhanced the flavor with cloves and cinnamon.  The topping is a simple oatmeal crisp crumble.  You can double the topping recipe if you like a thick layer of crisp.  Serve warm with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream.  I guarantee this dessert won’t last long.
